We were joined by the 3rd Toronto Scouts. We’ll probably start to do a few more outings with them.
The weather was pretty bad, but we had a pretty good hike nonetheless. It rained almost all day, which was a drag. However, almost all the Scouts were pretty well prepared for it, which was amazing! Way to go. I’m sure that all will be prepared by the time we get to winter camp. I was also really impressed by the lack of complaining. You all did a good job of making the most of a soggy day. The hole in the wall was, of course, the most popular part of the hike. We’ll return someday again for sure.
Thanks to everyone who drove and especially to Scouter Vicki who drove us up and helped with the shuttle so we didn’t have to do it again at the end of the hike. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to connect with Scouter Andrew.
Here are some pictures I got on the hike. If you want hi res versions to print, let me know.
