We hiked from Beechwood Drive down to Corktown Common this afternoon. On the way, we skipped stones, identified plants (stinging nettle, teasel, thistle, goldenrod, aster, burdock, wild pea) and trees (sugar maple, silver maple, red oak, white pine, staghorn sumach), and did a little whittling.
